Ingredients:

eggs

4fl oz

made up Nutramigen

1 pinch

pepper

1 pinch

mixed herbs

1 pinch

paprika

1 tbsp

dairy-free spread

1 slice

bread, toasted

Directions:

    In a bowl, add the eggs, Nutramigen, pepper, mixed herbs, and paprika and whisk until well combined

    Use a little of the dairy-free spread to put on the toast, and add the rest to a saucepan

  • 3

    Start to melt the dairy-free spread over a medium heat, before adding the contents of the bowl

  • 4

    Cook over a medium heat, stirring gently every 30 seconds to prevent it sticking. Once the mixture has cooked and gone light and fluffy, remove from the heat

    Cut the toast into soldiers, and place on a plate/ in a bowl, before turning out the scrambled eggs on top of the toast

    Leave to cool slightly before serving
